Sodium Hypochlorite Electrolyzer
This electrolyzer is designed for sodium chloride electrolysis systems. It produces sodium hypochlorite solution via membrane-free electrolysis of a diluted sodium chloride solution. It is suitable for electrolytic sodium hypochlorite generators, water treatment equipment, and electrolytic disinfection devices.

The technology utilizes membrane-free electrolysis of low-concentration sodium chloride solution without requiring additional chemical agents. The reactions during the generation process are as follows:

Overall Reaction:
NaCl + H₂O → NaClO + H₂↑

Electrode Reactions:
Anode: 2Cl⁻ – 2e⁻ → Cl₂
Cathode: 2H⁺ + 2e⁻ → H₂

Solution Reaction:
2NaOH + Cl₂ → NaCl + NaClO + H₂O

During this process, a small amount of hydrogen is generated. The designed push-type hydrogen removal technology allows hydrogen to rapidly evolve on the compact composite electrode surface and be expelled with the high-flow circulating solution.
