The electrolytic salt-based hypochlorous acid generator applies electrolysis technology. It only uses food-grade salt and purified water as raw materials to generate low-concentration and high-activity hypochlorous acid disinfectant in real time. No chemical additives are used during the whole process, causing no secondary pollution and fully complying with food production safety regulations.
The equipment adopts ion-selective permeable structure. The membrane is fixed with sulfonic acid groups, which can accurately screen ions via electrostatic effect. Only Na⁺ is allowed to pass through directionally, while Cl⁻ and OH⁻ are blocked from transmembrane migration, thus inhibiting side reactions fundamentally.

1. Raw Material Pre-treatment
